My stay at the COMO Metropolitan London was truly amazing, highlighted by really good service and beautiful room views overlooking Hyde Park. The check-in process felt personal, and the staff went out of their way to make my experience lovely. Although the main bar was closed during my visit, the good cocktails I enjoyed in the hotel lobby more than made up for it. Overall, this hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of London, but I found the dining experience could use a bit of improvement.
