I really loved the breakfast. It had an amazing selection of options! the gym had plenty of equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the room came with two separate sinks. a rainfall shower!
the minibar prices were quite high, a bit more than i expected. the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night! i also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the lobby.

The shower design in my room, a Beautiful Metropolitan City Double Room, allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor consistently. This became quite bothersome. I notified staff, though no immediate solution was provided during my 3 night stay. This issue needs addressing to maintain the room's condition.

The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the green spaces. Staff members provided helpful assistance . Dula, the doorman, was particularly helpful with directions to the underground passages.
I found the breakfast to be subpar, with a noticeable chemical smell. This issue seemed to stem from either the crockery or cutlery. The shower design also caused water to flow out consistently. This problem occurred in every room I occupied.
